NOTES:

1. If you believe you are entitled to a GCM you must contact LtCo Bulldog. It is not his job to come to you.

2. If you have ever received a Temporary Strike, the period that the strike was valid will be subtracted from your period of good conduct.

3. If you have ever received a permanent strike your period of good conduct can only be calculated from the date the strike was issued providing that all service after that point was strike free.

4. If you already hold a GCM but are later issued with a strike, your right to wear the GCM is immediately revoked and it must be removed from your record card. You will be entitled to wear a GCM again when:

    a. In the case of a temporary strike (21 days) and your service has been clean, you may where your GCM 21 days after the lifting of the temporary strike.

    b. If your strike is permanent, all previous clean service is invalid and your imaginary good conduct clock is reset to zero.
