The Tournament is awarded to Marines who have won first place in an offical 101st Tournament. After the initial awarding of the medal, each additional award will be marked with a vertically mounted Bronze bar. After the medal has been awarded 5 times, medal and bar colour will change to silver and then gold.

NOTES:

A tournament must be approved by a commander before it begins in order for the winner to qualify for the TM.

A tournament must run for a minimum duration of 4 weeks.
